Refund and cancellation policy

Orders cannot be cancelled, and we do not refund for a change of mind, once an order is placed. Tools made to your drawing are produced to the specification in our quotation.

We will replace the item or refund you if it is:

• Defective or damaged on arrival
• Not what you ordered, or not as described
• Not delivered by the agreed date, unless the delay was outside our control

Contact us at connect@value-tools.com or +91 96112 36211 as soon as you notice the problem, with your order number and photos. We may ask for the item back to inspect it. Approved refunds go to your original payment method; your bank sets how long it takes to arrive.

We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within one month.
