PDF, DXF, DWG, STEP or IGES, with dimensions, tolerances and surface finish. A sample or a photo of the tool you use today also works.

Workpiece material
Grade and condition, for example A356 aluminium, GG25 cast iron or hardened steel with its HRC hardness.
- 03
Machine and interface
Spindle interface (HSK-A63, HSK-C, BT, CAT), coolant through the tool or not, and maximum spindle speed.
- 04
The operation
Roughing, semi-finishing or finishing; the bore or thread tolerance you hold (for example H7) and the finish you need.
- 05
Quantities
This order, and the expected annual volume if the tool is for a running production line.
- 06
Delivery and documents
Delivery city and country, and any documents your receiving or quality team needs with the shipment.
